Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly on ezplanning.studio.

1. Digital products & immediate access

Our products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase. Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access after purchase, refunds are generally not available once access or download has been provided. Refund requests may still be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's policies and applicable law.

2. How to request a refund

Checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund review, contact us directly at hello@ezplanning.studio — we'll review your request and, if approved, handle it with Lemon Squeezy on your behalf. Refund requests are evaluated in line with Lemon Squeezy's policy for digital goods as well as applicable law.

3. Technical issues

If a file won't open, an activation code doesn't work, or the app isn't behaving as described, contact us first at hello@ezplanning.studio — we'll fix the issue or replace what's needed. Most delivery or activation problems are resolved this way without needing a refund.
